456bd25b06 Revert r45288 " * Add a new message 'movepage-moved-noredirect' for page moves with suppressed redirects 
* Tweak 'movepage-moved' a bit (rename of message seems unnecessary)"

Creates duplication of core message text and incompatible change to existing message. Needs to be redone as separate messages.

Reverted some, but not all, of the updates -- committing my work to avoid duplication.

18f85ab4a9 Complete rewrite of Special:Statistics: 
* Now subclasses SpecialPage like it should
* All of the individual sections were split off into their own methods for readability
* Fixed Brion's comments on code review (r44509): not using <small> in the message, breaking to a new line, and keeping the description message separate
* Since -tooltip is a misleading name for the message, I renamed them to -desc, all message files and messages.inc have been updated

34fb6297cd Step 2 in NS_IMAGE -> NS_FILE transition (bug 44) (WARNING: huge commit). 
This is a global search and replace of NS_IMAGE and NS_IMAGE_TALK with NS_FILE and NS_FILE_TALK respectively in all core files, excluding those already updated in step 1 (r44004).

907433aeca Remove fixed characters (spaces and comma) from listToText(). 
* Updated message 'and' for all languages to keep behaviour the same, no change for 'ksh' (wanted behaviour), changed 'en' (trailing comma).
* Added message 'word-separator' as optional message. Just a space for all languages at the moment.

0ca52a920d Revert merge of DismissableSiteNotice into the core (r41679 and subsequent edits). We should have higher standards than this for core code. This is largely my own crap code and there's a reason I didn't commit it to the core in the first place. 
* The sitenotice_id hack is virtually unusable and needs to be replaced with a dedicated message update interface. 
* There's a need for automatic message expiry. 
* The Wikimedia-specific "spite the anons" feature, preventing anonymous users from dismissing site notices because they allegedly don't contribute to the wiki enough to deserve it, needs to be made optional.
