Umherirrender 851edd7a49 api: Inline ContentHandler::makeContent, use local ContentHandlerFactory 
The static ContentHandler::makeContent is using the global
ContentHandlerFactory to create a new ContentHandler, use the injected
factory instead to avoid global state
