ff387ecd68 Validate length of user email on Special:ChangeEmail/Special:CreateAccount 
I have validated user_email using a conditional statement. If the user
enters more than 255 characters an error message is displayed.
Validation of user_email has been applied on Special:ChangeEmail and
LoginSignUpSpecialPage.

a4d5b23686 Skin.php: Add change and unblock navigation URLs 
Added "Change block" and "Unblock user" navigation URLs to be used in the overflow user menu of the mobile UI (Minerva). These buttons will only appear once a user has been blocked.

8ce08c0cbc Move knowledge about HTTP status out of ParsoidOutputAccess 
This removes a cyclic dependency:
ParsoidHTML helper in the REST component uses ParsoidOutputAccess in the
parser component. So ParsoidOutputAccess cannot use LocalizedHttpException
from the REST component.

This also improves separation of concerns: the parsing component should
not be concerned with HTTP status codes.

2fa571c416 SpecialNewpages: Stop using messages from elsewhere 
The 'whatlinkshere-hideimages' message is changed in a4daa83.
Parameters of messages named for specific use may be changed without
noticing use cases outside the specific file.

378badd8bb Remove some unused localisation messages 
Back in 2012, a number of messages were supposed to be deleted,
but were restored in b5443a3bdd
(SVN r112061) for backwards compatibility. These two, however,
were never actually used by the backwards-compatible code.

* Show warning when a file talk page has subpages
* Fix link to Special:PrefixIndex so that only the subpages
  are listed
