9be697fa4e Update parts order in message files 
Update the order of parts in messages files. Not done for all files. Order set as:
fallback, encoding, namespace related, special pages, magic words, other (no fixed
ordering after magic words).

9bea1536e2 (bug 14866) 'recentchangeslinked' should be split into individual messages 
* Copy 'recentchangeslinked' to 'recentchangeslinked-feed' and 'recentchangeslinked-toolbox' to allow more fine grained customisation of the UI.

c0bb2cb46f Per discussion at the developer meeting: Remove arbitrary sprinkled message documentation from message files. 
The removed comments are included in MessagesQqq.php togehter with a lot more documentation 
Add a link to translatewiki.net too to show users the way to improve translations.

907433aeca Remove fixed characters (spaces and comma) from listToText(). 
* Updated message 'and' for all languages to keep behaviour the same, no change for 'ksh' (wanted behaviour), changed 'en' (trailing comma).
* Added message 'word-separator' as optional message. Just a space for all languages at the moment.
