Some methods in the PageUpdater's class implements the fluent interface
design pattern. Use the fluent interface where need be.

CachedBagOStuff caches negatives, so it breaks PoolCounter.
We only need to cache metadata in-process, since it's commonly
used twice within the request.

Still needs to downcast to WikiPage in 2 places:
1. To check get a ContentHandler and check if content model
is cacheable. We probably should just make all content models
cacheable.
2. To call WikiPage::triggerOpportunisticLinksUpdate. I have
an elaborate plan for this one, but it will be done separately.

ParserOptions not updated cause they depend on Title::getLanguage
implementation.
Tests converted to not require a DB anymore. Can't be proper unit
tests yet due to globals in ParserOptions and fake time hacks,
but exec time does go down from 70 seconds to 9 seconds.
Page content model is still emitted in the metrics since
it was considered useful. Should be removed when we get
something like a page type concept.

Most of these are found by the not yet released I10559d8.
I remove the type MockObject in some cases when the calling
code really does not need to know if he get's a mock or the
real thing. However, I do this only in places that are very
closely related to the fixes.

Extracts a specialized subclass for rendering the current revision
from PoolWorlArticleView, which then no longer knowes about caching.
In the next step, we will add a subclass that implements caching for old
revisions.

PoolWorkArticleView needs some cleanup before we can make it
cache output for old revisiosn (T244058).
This patch does doe following:
* apply dependency injection
* remove backwards compatibility code for legacy constructor calls
* mark PoolWorkArticleView as @internal (unused in extensions)
* remove audience check (to be done by caller)
* no longer set $wgUseFileCache to false.
For $wgUseFileCache, it seems like this has had no effect for a long
time. It would be set to false only on a cache miss during a page view.
But the file cache is only updated via HtmlCacheUpdater on edit and
purge.

The name change happened some time ago, and I think its
about time to start using the name name!
(Done with a find and replace)
My personal motivation for doing this is that I have started
trying out vscode as an IDE for mediawiki development, and
right now it doesn't appear to handle php aliases very well
or at all.

There is native support for all of this now in PHP, thanks to changes
and additions that have been made in later versions. There should be no
need any more to ever use call_user_func() or call_user_func_array().
Reviewing this should be fairly easy: Because this patch touches
exclusivly tests, but no production code, there is no such thing as
"insufficent test coverage". As long as CI goes green, this should be
fine.

HHVM does not support variadic arguments with type hints. This is
mostly not a big problem, because we can just drop the type hint, but
for some reason PHPUnit adds a type hint of "array" when it creates
mocks, so a class with a variadic method can't be mocked (at least in
some cases). As such, I left alone all the classes that seem like
someone might like to mock them, like Title and User. If anyone wants
to mock them in the future, they'll have to switch back to
func_get_args(). Some of the changes are definitely safe, like
functions and test classes.
In most cases, func_get_args() (and/or func_get_arg(), func_num_args() )
were only present because the code was written before we required PHP
5.6, and writing them as variadic functions is strictly superior. In
some cases I left them alone, aside from HHVM compatibility:
* Forwarding all arguments to another function. It's useful to keep
func_get_args() here where we want to keep the list of expected
arguments and their meanings in the function signature line for
documentation purposes, but don't want to copy-paste a long line of
argument names.
* Handling deprecated calling conventions.
* One or two miscellaneous cases where we're basically using the
arguments individually but want to use them as an array as well for
some reason.

phpunit-patch-coverage assumes that the filename matches the classname
as a performance optimization. And for most test cases, this is true. We
should enforce this with PHPCS, mostly to help developers not make
mistakes.
Test cases that have mock classes will need to ensure that the test case
class that matches the filename comes first, since that's the only class
the sniff will look at.
Tests in GlobalFunctions/ and maintenance/ are still exempted for now,
since they don't match yet.

This might hint at an edge-case in the PHP CodeSniffer sniff that should
detect if methods are separated by a single empty line. Feel free to
investigate. I, personally, can't invest more time in this than
suggesting this quick fix.

During development a lot of classes were placed in MediaWiki\Storage\.
The precedent set would mean that every class relating to something
stored in a database table, plus all related value classes and such,
would go into that namespace.
Let's put them into MediaWiki\Revision\ instead. Then future classes
related to the 'page' table can go into MediaWiki\Page\, future classes
related to the 'user' table can go into MediaWiki\User\, and so on.
Note I didn't move DerivedPageDataUpdater, PageUpdateException,
PageUpdater, or RevisionSlotsUpdate in this patch. If these are kept
long-term, they probably belong in MediaWiki\Page\ or MediaWiki\Edit\
instead.

The old behavior was that the audience was RAW if the revision object
parameter got passed in, otherwise PUBLIC. This was undocumented and
not used outside core; this patch gets rid of it in favor of an
explicit argument.

Adds a 'slot' option to $wgPoolCounterConf. When this option is set,
there are a limited number of slots for the given worker type,
regardless of key. Workers with the same key are still limited by
the 'workers' option.
The global limit is implemented by simply using a deterministic
hash of the key instead of the real key. This avoids deadlocks,
but results in slot underallocation due to hash collisions - even
when there are significantly more jobs that slots, some of the slots
might remain empty.
