8210560bb4 Add namespace translations for [ami] Amis and [pwn] Paiwan 
Add namespace translations for these two languages.
Also add namespace aliases for straight apostrophe (') to
typographical apostrophe (’), so that links will still work
if someone uses the wrong one by mistake. This is also done
for [tay] Atayal language.

Also harmonizing fallback languages to be the same as for
other Taiwanese aboriginal languages (i.e. 'zh-tw, zh-hant,
zh-hans').

03aebb3f13 Fix Burmese date format 
The word "ဇန်နဝါရီ" means "January". It appeared in all the dates,
which is obviously wrong.

This was reported by User:Ninjastrikers.

d0714065de Show autoblock duration in the form at Special:Block 
When using the autoblock IP feature in Special:Block, it is not clear
what the autoblock duratiion is (usually, it is 24 hours).

Add the formatted duration to the message (ipbenableautoblock) used for
the checkbox label.

c5e30aba11 Remove unused localisation messages for mediawiki.confirmCloseWindow 
Not used in MediaWiki after 65b40721bd.

* 'prefswarning-warning': Not used anywhere else.

* 'editwarning-warning': Uses in extensions removed:
  * I8fe83d908f25c2c92a226fe4edd7dbc0497cb630
  * I14aab290265fa33b4bd4ca7de5878dd5d704a874
  * I363bc7790122180800e0d20ca75c167eaa189be6

Even if any extensions outside of our version control were using them
with mediawiki.confirmCloseWindow, removing them is harmless, because
mediawiki.confirmCloseWindow no longer displays the message.
